I disagree. He was pushed to have to alter the bill to get the votes to pass it. The way the affordable care act ended up was not the ideal that was originally planned, but it was better than what we had, and the best they could get enough votes for.

May I change the topic- I don't know where else to post this so people will see today...there is an excellent documentary tomorrow at The Marlene Meyerson JCC in NY on Amsterdam Ave. It's called Holding Liat and it tells a story that legacy news media won't tell, about an Israeli American kibbutz family (Kibbutz Shomrat), who's daughter and son-in-law, and 3 children lived on Kibbutz Nir Oz, on the Gaza border. Daughter was kidnapped, son-in-law killed. But this movie will surprise you as this is family steeped in conflict resolution, and worked for peace in many ways throughout their lives.
It's tomorrow, Sun. 9th @ 6:30. When it previewed at the German doc film festival this year, it received a standing ovation and tears.
I doubt a state like Virginia that voted for Youngkin, would have overwhelming voted for a progressive, but for the candidate the RepublicSCAMS put out there (sears) being so maga and so bad for the time.
Trump showed the country who Republicans have always been. I've been saying who they really are for atleast 30 years. Friends thought I was a radical nut... well there ya go.

Prior to 2016 and Trumpism, I was apathetic towards politics and could be swayed a little more right-leaning at times. I will never vote for moderate/centrists/left politicians EVER again unless they show great promises and have a great plan, and call to action. We need to fix all this BS for good!
now the doctors are coming up with a parallel health care system to where you pay that doctor's office and then they they corporate with other people so you only have to pay like $100 $200 a month I say we can do a parallel government because it's not doing anything for us and if the Democrats give in to this s*** get rid of all of them too we just need to start a whole new system they're all corrupt
