There is a 17-page document in play written up by MAGA activists that argues Trump has broad executive authority to declare a national emergency and seize control of the elections in November. The foundational lie of the 2020 election and of “the deep state” has already radicalized much of the MAGA base, and now ICE is openly killing Americans and immigrants, functioning as Trump’s Gestapo.
