Kirschner has been wrong about the legal system for 8 years...from Mueller to Garland to SCOTUS.

He's wrong, once again.

Legal fees would bankrupt these folks, discovery alone could ruin their lives. How many of us could withstand an investigatory microscope?

Kirchner believes that a public airing of vindictive prosecutions would sway the public, but he also said this about Trump's indictments...just the opposite occurred.

The loss of faith in the legal system is bipartisan.

i share your concerns. he might be too much of an optimist in our institutions.

@Waj, when your daughter had cancer, were you too optimistic?

Really Waj? How f’ing depressing. Why should I listen, follow, read, or get up tomorrow?!

He’s an old school law enforcement officer, who resides in what is now a lawless country.

How is it bipartisan? Fascists are coming out of the woodwork; they LOVE lawlessness—against some.

Amazing. Thinking about that horribly long list of names who will go down in history as responsible for the utter destruction of the USA. So shocking that there are so many millions of wildly ignorant people and the rest are just evil

I can't listen right now unfortunately, but as a trans person, I've said my goodbyes to family and friends in anticipation of being thrown into prison or concentration camps. I will not comply to their fascist ways, but history has already made it clear what happens to people like me and my spouse. I'm fully expecting us to be made illegal, to have our citizenship revoked, and I'm fully ready to make everyone watch that I can. Trans people, ESPECIALLY trans people of color have been ignored for too long. We have been screaming for help, and I fear enjoying is now too little too late.

Why on earth would Wray step down. Did anyone read Timothy Snyders book? Don’t give up power.

It just occurred to me that these men in power, straight white men in particular, feel no fear about the incoming regime because they will never feel the harsh sting of tyranny. That’s why there doesn’t seem to be a push back. Maybe if more Black and Latino women were in these roles they’d fight back. If more LGBT people were in these positions they’d fight back. They have the most to lose. This illustrates how important diversity is to democracy.

Has it occurred to anyone that Kirschner TRIES to be optimistic,so we don’t kill ourselves, leave, or bury our heads in the sand? Are any among you willing to do what it takes to get our country back? I don’t have faith in y’all either! How many millions didn’t even vote?!
