Ok… you’re Absolutely correct. If you must know, I wrote my comment hoping that those who don’t know what is needed might be awakened by Vance’s words/new book.

Protest, become engaged in your community and join the fight against the dismantling of our Democracy. Fascism is on the rise… these are not words, not scare tactics, they are the truth.
Who is the leader for this effort. Should it be Buttigieg? Why is someone in the political world not stepping up lead? There needs to be a war room that has expert people working on each of the big issues; and stating every day what has happened that day. And not one of the major news stations or papers. It should be done daily by the individual who wants to be president.

Those in YouTube helped, but comments were mostly ignored or lost in the planet, I call ‘oblivion’. Many hundreds of my messages are still floating about. Then my son suggested I look into Substack. It took me a little while. I admit I was rather skeptical of this approach. But it is the most effective way to make my point and encourage, engage with people who have a strong sense of purpose. I look forward to following you.

Courage invites courage. When will someone, on camera, call Trump what he is? Tell him to his face that he is a failed leader, a failed businessman, a liar, and a grifter? All of that is true, not slanderous. When will a member of the press tell him the truth, and then we can see that truth broadcast or printed with nothing held back? When at long last? No more tiptoeing, no more kissing tuchas.
Honestly the election is too far off to put the brakes on the rapid speed these oligarchs are taking over.
You two should do this again! I love listening to smart people that love America as it was suppose to be.
