Much of your goals are laudable, but in Western & Northern Europe where they have most of what you propose, the millionaires pay a fraction of what the rest collectively pay.
The problem in the US is that the rich, with special exemptions, pay little or no tax. In most other advanced countries (like Canada), there is a minimum tax rate (after basic exemptions) which means the rich pay at least the same minimum percentage that everyone else pays.
These increased contributions by the rich pay for many benefits for everyone, especially important for the poor & middle classes.
The way to ensure that the rich pay their just share is to control political contributions, which enable the rich to buy elections, as well as conpromising the support of many otherwise favourable to appropriately taxing the rich.
It will be a long hard journey, but most other rich countries have done this.
PRINTING OUR NATIONAL BUDGETS MONEY WITH NO DEBT ATTACHED

The greedy rich, and not all the rich are greedy, and our corrupted elected officials and their criminal minded attorneys, have robbed us Americans of so, so much money, joy and good health care.
From what I have gathered the Chinese have printed all the money they needed to fund a better life for all of China people, and this has funded most of their tremendous growth and world class achievements. The Chinese only receive 30% of their income from their exports, and everything else has come from printing their money debt free, by loaning it to their state banks which they basically own and control.
America is taking back the control of our own Government from the greedy rich, our corrupted elected officials and their criminal minded attorneys, that have robbed us Americans of so, so much money, joy and good health care.
We are not looking to harm the greedy rich for their past indiscretions, but our corrupted elected officials and their law-breaking attorneys is another story.
In addition, the rich making over the $1,000,000.00 annual income tax threshold will pay a small percentage of their earnings in personal income taxes.
As far as Inflation is concerned, we will use the I.R.S. agents to oversee the price controls that are needed to stop Inflation, and unnecessarily raising prices just to increase net profits, will not be tolerated, hence oversight will see to it that it will not happen. We still want our businesses to always make a fair and decent profit, but price gouging is prohibited.
Printing money without corresponding production will only produce inflation which will make everything more expensive in the country, and imports rising even more as the currency is devalued.
China did not print money without corresponding production, they in fact printed less, as well as using currency controls (internal currency was not exchangeable for China's official international currency).
They also had an effective high tax rate : jobs with govt or state owned companies paid low wages, but little or no tax deducted.
Democrats certainly do need an overhaul. It should have happened 10 years ago but now we have Mamdani, AOC, Bernie and Jasmine Crocket chomping at the bit!!! I say turn them loose!!! They have the guts to do what needs to be done and KNOW what needs to be done!

Many European countries have a "mixed economy", a blend of capitalism & socialism, which is like highly regulated capitalism. It works well for them, especially for the people, who are a lot happier & healthier than Americans.

The govt providing basic services to the population is what every govt should do.
That is the role of govt : serving the population.
The question is, who pays for it ?
In the US, the govt pays for the billionaires (who receive services that let them thrive without their own private armies, etc).
Taxes collection pays for a lot less services for the general population than other rich countries.
