George Carlin once famously said, “It’s a big club and you ain’t in it.”
That club still exists and caters to the wealthy, powerful, and privileged. It’s bipartisan and doesn’t discriminate based on political leanings, gender, or ethnicity. This explains why pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was friends with both Donald Trump and Bill Clinton.
When it comes to Trump, Epstein once told journalist Michael Wolff that he was Donald’s closest friend. We’ve all seen the videos of them partying and leering at women together. That’s why I always thought it was odd and dangerous for Trump and his minions to go full MAGA conspiracy theorist on the Epstein files and radicalize their base with promises to expose “the deep state.” Well, you should never go full conspiracy theorist, because the MAGA base now demands answers from Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, and Pam Bondi, who are the new heads of the alleged deep state.
We’re witnessing major cracks develop within MAGA when it comes to the Trump Administration doing a 180 on their own manufactured conspiracy and now concluding there are no files and that Epstein did indeed by suicide. However, Trump couldn’t help himself and, as always, made matters worse by opening his mouth. He publicly interrupted a reporter’s question directed to Pam Bondi about Epstein and asked, “This guy's been talked about for years. You're asking… We have Texas, we have this, we have all of the things. And are people still talking about this guy, this creep? That is unbelievable."
Uh, I definitely have more questions now. I’m not alone. Roseanne demands answers, as does Alex Jones, who broke down crying, and Tucker Carlson also isn’t pleased. Roger Stone is turning on Steve Bannon, who is turning on Elon Musk.
If there were a competent opposition party, this would be the perfect time to create more wedges within MAGA and expose cracks and fissures to help weaken the GOP and slow down Trump’s march to authoritarianism. However, we unfortunately have the Democratic Party instead.
Lev Parnas, who was a fixer for Trump and a major actor in the MAGA movement until his conviction and arrest, agrees with me that Democrats and corporate media should keep their attention focused on this Epstein controversy. He also warns that Trump is planning to stay in power by focusing on “election reforms” and empowering ICE as his own Gestapo.
