It’s Springtime for Hitler, Billionaires, and Nazi. The broligarchy is having a moment.
The richest man on Earth, Elon Musk, was able to spend $300 million to help elect another rich racist Donald Trump. Through DOGE, Musk and his cabal of teenage incels took a chainsaw to the U.S. government and dismantled critical institutions, such as USAID, which has led to the deaths of at least 300,000 people around the world.
To punish his enemies and gut regulations, Musk and Republicans have also gutted the FAA, IRS, and National Institute of Health. This week, the Trump Administration's destructive cuts to the National Weather Service and NOAA revealed themselves in preventable deaths during the disastrous floods that have hit Central Texas and killed more than 100 people.
As these communities are still searching for their missing relatives, the corrupt Supreme Court conservative majority, also groomed and picked by billionaire, right-wing money, allowed Trump on Tuesday to continue dismantling critical government agencies without Congressional approval. Who needs checks and balances and the separation of powers when you can expand the power of the President and have your own authoritarian? Meanwhile, Republicans just gave their corporate donors the biggest gift in the form of the GOP billionaire bill from hell which adds 3 trillion to the deficit by giving permanent tax cuts to the wealthiest by taking away funding from Medicaid and SNAP.
It’s good to be a billionaire in 2025.
However, the majority seems to be waking up and they’re mad as hell and not willing to take it anymore. Millions of Americans across the country marched in the “No Kings” rally. Voters across the political spectrum want billionaires to pay more taxes and ask, “Should we even have billionaires?” Bernie Sanders and AOC’s “Fight the Oligarchy” tour received massive audiences in rural counties and red states. Also, despite their best efforts, billionaires and the establishment have not been able to defeat or rattle Zohran Mamdani’s meteoric rise in NYC.
